Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final for buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong item, dislike of the style, or no longer wanting the item.

We will make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at practicalnestshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, photos of the packaging/shipping label, and a short explanation of what is wrong.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
